The third seminar organized together with NADA and SIOMAA was held on March 20-22, 2018 in Las Vegas. It was the third edition of this seminar in collaboration with the NADA Academy, and new topics were addressed compared to the previous seminars held in June and October. During the event, intensive training was offered at the Convention Center by NADA instructors. In addition, from March 23-25, participants had access to the NADA Convention, including workshops and a guided tour of the Fair. For lodging, the Aria Resort Hotel, one of the best in Las Vegas, was assigned, although attendees had the option to book at other hotels on their own. It is important to note that this seminar was not aimed exclusively at dealers, but also at SIOMAA member companies. The seminar agenda included topics such as "Service and Parts" and "Dealership of the Future", addressing aspects such as improving the customer experience, the use of technology in service, the impact of autonomous vehicles and trends in marketing and communication, among others. The last day of the event was a free day set aside for a visit to the Fair, giving participants the opportunity to explore new developments and trends in the automotive industry. In summary, the third seminar organized together with NADA and SIOMAA in Las Vegas offered an enriching and updated training on various aspects of the automotive sector, giving participants the opportunity to learn, exchange ideas and explore the latest trends in the industry.
