The second edition of the N.A.D.A. Academy seminar, organized by the National Automobile Dealers Association, was held from October 9 to 13 in Miami, U.S.A. This seminar was given by instructors specialized in automotive industry trends and development from the renowned N.A.D.A. Academy. The event was held at the Grand Beach Hotel in Miami. During four days, participants received intensive training that included lectures, creative and interactive activities, presentation of best practices and relevant content for the development of their businesses. In addition, simultaneous translation was provided for attendees. The seminar agenda covered a variety of topics essential to the automotive industry, such as inventory (stock) management, customer service and satisfaction, customer retention, digital marketing, e-commerce and the future of dealerships. Also included was a talk provided by Google, which addressed the buyer's journey in the automotive industry. A special highlight was a visit to a dealership, giving participants a hands-on, real-world experience in the automotive environment. Overall, the seminar at the N.A.D.A. Academy was highly enriching for automotive professionals, providing them with up-to-date knowledge and effective strategies for business success. The combination of lectures, interactive activities and sharing of best practices allowed attendees to practically apply the concepts learned. In addition, the official N.A.D.A. Academy certificate awarded to participants validated their participation and achievements at the seminar.
